The space coast is one of the most diversified areas in the country. On the eastern shoreline, many lucky people enjoy life on the Atlantic or living on two major saltwater rivers. On the west, rural land, farms and large acre estates are abundant and beautiful.  Filling the gap are dozens of golf courses, almost 37 to be exact, that are enjoyed year round with Brevard county maintaining an average temperature of about 72 degrees.
"A" rated schools are a standard in Brevard County with Blue Ribbon schools and national and state honors. The four major cities are Titusville, Cocoa, Melbourne, and Palm Bay, each with its own distinct character.
Tennis and boating are also enjoyed almost year round with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean for big game fishing. The Washington Nationals call Viera home for spring training so you can catch a major league game. Last is the exceptional views of our shuttle launches that are only 20 minutes away at the Kennedy Space Center, where visitors are taken out of this world.
Suppose you just want to "be" outside. Load up on the sunscreen, pull up and umbrella or beach chair and have at it or stop by Ron Jons for anything you may have forgotten. It's a beautiful world we have down here, and that is what sets us apart from the rest of the planet.
