Nestled in Brevard County on East Central Florida’s Space Coast you will find Melbourne. Significantly located on the mainland, a diminutive portion of Melbourne rests on a barrier island separated by the Indian River Lagoon. Known as The Harbor City, the estimated population as of 2006 was 76,371, making Melbourne the second largest population on the scenic and serene Space Coast.
Approximately 60 miles southeast of Orlando, along Interstate 95, Melbourne is in a prime location that allows for residents and visitors to be a mere hop, skip and jump away from Disney World and Orlando’s entertaining attractions.
